Refund policy
CLOTHING EXCHANGE
We have a 1-2 business day exchange policy, meaning items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for exchanges.
For online purchases with shipping, items must be sent via overnight courier, no later than two days for the exchange to be eligible.
Exchanges can be for sizes or for items equal in value to the item already purchased.
There are no exchanges or returns on PRE-ORDER orders.
For domestic shipments, proof of shipment must be received within these two days to be eligible for exchanges.
For domestic/international shipments, the customer must cover the shipping cost with the courier of their choice.
The new product will be sent once the old one has been received and inspected.
To be eligible for exchanges, the item must be in the same condition as when received, free of stains or odors.

EXCEPTIONS
Custom-made or pre-ordered products are not eligible for exchanges. You can always visit the showroom for any adjustments or alterations to the garment.
Used, damaged, or items purchased or received more than 3 days ago are not eligible for exchanges.
NO REFUNDS.
We do not have a refund policy on any type of garment, unless it is received in poor condition. Only size or garment exchanges are allowed.
